Implementation Status and Key Decisions
The project continues to make good progress since the last mission. 975 Self Help Groups (SHGs) which represents 11,405 poor and vulnerable
households (more than 80% of them being women) in the 9 targeted districts of Siem Reap province have been created. As of May 2021, on-time
loan repayment rate is 81.74% for beneficiaries involved in income generating activities which shows a strong ownership from the beneficiaries. In
addition, as of May 2021, 104 community infrastructures have been built in Siem Reap (70 infrastructures) and Phnom Penh (34 infrastructures)
consisting of roads, water point and network, irrigation schemes etc. Finally, on the skills activities, the number of participants has increased to
reach 588 including 342 women.
