On Component 1, both HV Lines and Substations RFP are reaching closure. Regarding Component 2:  PBC 1 HV/MV customers provided with a smart meter: The meters are expected to arrive in Tunisia in December 2022. Therefore, the 2022 target will not be achieved;  PBC 2 Incorporation of large LV customers into Revenue Protection Program: About 15,500 large customers (customers consuming more than 1750 kWh/month) have been integrated into the Revenue Protection Program, which is the partial target for 2022;  PBC 3 Improving bill collection rate among private clients: The bill collection rate has deteriorated due to Covid-19, which led to customers' lower ability to pay. However, it is expected that the full 2022 target of 99 percent will be met;  PBC 4 Reading LV meters through hand-held devices: The equipment will be available in Tunisia in March 2023. Therefore, the 2022 target will not be achieved; 12/15/2022 Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Tunisia Energy Sector Improvement Project (P168273)  PBC 5 Communication/Outreach campaigns: Multiple communication campaigns, consisting of TV/radio shows, journal articles, and pamphlets, were completed to explain customers’ rights and responsibilities related to bill payment and fraud.
