Corrigendum
Dear Mr. Qahhorzoda:
We refer to the Advance Agreement (the "Agreement") between Republic of Tajikistan
(the "Recipient") and the International Development Association (the "Association"), dated February 1,
2023, for the proposed Tajikistan Digital Foundations Project.
Due to an oversight, the provision of Section 2.03 of the Annex to the Agreement incorrectly refers
to "Project Implementation Unit" instead of "implementation unit at the Ministry of Finance" as the unit
responsible for the implementation of the Activities. Accordingly, we hereby propose to revise the wording
of Section 2.03 to read as follows:
"2.03. Institutional and Other Arrangements. The Recipient shall maintain, throughout the
implementation of the Activities, an implementation unit at the Ministry of Finance with a structure,
functions, responsibilities, and adequate staff, all acceptable to the Bank."
All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

on behalf of the Recipient by countersigning and dating the corresponding form of confirmation set forth

below and returning one fully countersigned original of this letter to us. Upon receipt by the Association of
the original of this letter, it will be annexed to the signed Agreement and will be archived by the Association.
The revision shall become effective as of February 1, 2023.
