This mission is the first supervision mission since the project became effective in July 2023. Project is still awaiting on the opening of the designated account in order to request the first advance implementation is moving at a very slow pace as key project coordination team (PCT) positions are still vacant. However, the project coordinator has been selected and appointed. The recruitment of other key staff is in process and work plan has been developed for key activities for the first year. 5.
