The HCRRP Mid-Term Review (MTR), conducted on September 6, 2023, found that the HCRRP has achieved important results since it became
effective. One PDO indicator out of five has been achieved (digitization of education for improved student outcomes). Work is ongoing for the rest of
intermediary and outcome indicators, with progress expected during the second and third year of implementation.
