The project has a PIU in place and building up rapidly; it has already provided small equipment to the client to support flood response and risk mitigation; a number of procurement processes are being carried out to prepare the designs of the first phase of no regret pre-identified flood risk reduction and drainage investments, some of which are expected to materialize already by end of FY24, ahead of the rainy season. Disbursements total 2.8m USD.
