We also refer to your letter dated November 22, 2023, requesting partial cancellation of credit proceeds. In view of the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.01 of the IDA General Conditions for Credits and Grants, applicable to the Financing Agreement, the Association hereby cancels, as of November 22, 2023, an amount of the Credit equal to four million eight hundred twenty-four thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 4,824,000). As a result of the above cancellation: (a) The withdrawal table set forth in Section IV.A.3 of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement is revised to read as set forth in the Annex-1 to this Amendment Letter. (b) The Disbursement Linked Indicators set forth in the Attachment to Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement are revised to read as set forth in Annex-2 to this Amendment Letter.
