To date, all 62 education facilities identified for construction in 12 provinces have been completed. Of these, 59 are already operational and the remaining 2 will be operational by end February 2024. The Project has Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) in place accessible to project-affected people. The Project design entails a GRM to administer and resolve grievances that could be encountered during the construction of school buildings as well as to address other issues pertaining to social cohesion and integration. The GRM rests upon the inquiries to be received i) during local launch events, ii) via the project website and social media accounts, iii) via Project call centre/information line. The Project’s call centre/ information line is operational, registering and responding to inquiries received.
