Dear Dr. Holiday:

  SINT MAARTEN: TF A8176-SX – Sint Maarten Hospital Resiliency and Preparedness Project
    Amendment of the Additional Instructions: Disbursement and Financial Information Letter

        We refer to the letter titled Additional Instructions: Disbursement and Financial Information Letter
(“DFIL”) for the Grant TF A8176 signed between the Sint Maarten Medical Center Foundation
(“Recipient”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“World Bank”), acting as
administrator of Sint Maarten Hurricane Irma Reconstruction, Recovery and Resilience Trust Fund.

        We would like to inform you that the mentioned DFIL is hereby amended to lower the minimum
value of applications to USD 100,000.00. Accordingly, the section ‘Minimum Value of Applications’ under
Schedule 1 of each DFIL referred to above is amended to read as follows:

              “The Minimum Value of Applications for Direct Payment and
              Reimbursement is USD 100,000.00 equivalent.”

        All other provisions of the mentioned DFIL remains in full force and effect.
