Several aspects for project implementation are critical to complete the project by its closing date of October 31st, 2022. First, while progress in the civil works was recorded, two premises in Yerevan are pending resolution on the final location, a process that could take longer than expected. Second, there have been significant delays in the activities related to the development of the Unified Information System. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs will submit a detailed plan for the remaining ISPCs and a proposal for activities related to the Unified Information System. The Ministry and the World Bank will reassess project results and implementation pace by the end of the year. 11/25/2021 Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Armenia Social Protection Administration II Project (P146318) Risks Systematic Operations Risk-rating Tool Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Political and Governance -- Moderate Substantial Macroeconomic -- Moderate Moderate Sector Strategies and Policies -- Moderate Moderate Technical Design of Project or Program -- Moderate Moderate Institutional Capacity for Implementation and -- Moderate Substantial Sustainability Fiduciary -- Moderate Moderate Environment and Social -- Low Low Stakeholders -- Low Low Other -- Moderate Substantial Overall -- Moderate Moderate Results PDO Indicators by Objectives / Outcomes Improved social protection service delivery IN01054566 ►Client satisfaction with benefits and services received through ISPCs (Text, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target ISPCs being piloted - Almost all clients Value clients unaware of new 69% satisfied 69% satisfied satisfied services Date 01-Jan-2014 11-Mar-2021 22-Oct-2021 31-Oct-2022 According to the joint MLSA/UNICEF survey conducted during June-July 2018 (applying new/different methodology).
