The project was restructured in June 2021. This restructuring became effective on October 15, 2021. The project implementation is progressing with the support of the World Bank. Activities have recommenced since October 2021 with the support of various implementing agencies in the country. Since then, there has been some notable progress: the project coordinator has been recruited and took office on June 1, 2022, and the monitoring and evaluation specialist has been recruited and started working on November 15, 2022.
