The last supervision mission was held in June 2023. A project restructuring was processed and approved to adjust project indicators and disbursement schedule in June 2023. Counterpart funded activities, particularly the Água Legal Program, performance-based contracts for water loss reduction, management firms for supporting project supervision and a few studies are currently being implemented or have been concluded. World Bank-financed activities are under implementation, including additional contracts for the Água Legal Program and works of the Itapecerica da Serra sewerage system expansion, Guavirutuba sanitation main trunk line and Talamanca discharge pipeline, as well as the pilot of the Water Network Renewal and Rehabilitation works.
