Re:    Corrigendum: IDA Grant No. D2720-HT (Additional Financing for the Resilient
Landscapes Project)
Excellency:
I am writing on behalf of the International Development Association ("Association"), to
correct an oversight in the Agreement Providing for the Amendment and Restatement of the
Financing Agreement dated December 20, 2020 ("Agreement") for the abovementioned Grant.
Section JII.B.2 of the Agreement states: "Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph I
above, no withdrawal shall be made for payments under Category (4), for Emergency Expenditures
under Part 4 of the Project, unless and until the Association is satisfied, and has notified the
Recipient of its satisfaction, that all of the following conditions have been met in respect of said
activities:" when it should instead have stated: "Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph I
above, no withdrawal shall be made for payments under Category (6), for Emergency Expenditures
under Part 4 of the Project, unless and until the Association is satisfied, and has notified the
Recipient of its satisfaction, that all of the following conditions have been met in respect of said
activities".
All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged and in force.
