Unless the context otherwise requires, the capitalized terms sued in this Amendment Letter (“Amendment Letter”) has the meanings ascribed to them in the General Conditions or in the Financing Agreement. We also refer to your letter no. F.No.1010912014-FB-V dated February 13, 2024, providing your no objection to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship’s proposal in its letter No.DGT- 35(4)/NSC-Meeting/2021-NPIU dated February 6, 2024, proposing a partial cancellation of twelve million (USD12,000,000) from the total proceeds of the Credit for the above mentioned Operation. As a result of the proposed cancellation, there are certain amendments to the Financing Agreement. Accordingly, after due consideration, the Association proposes to amend the Financing Agreement as follows: I. Amendments to the Financing Agreement 1. Pursuant to Section 6.01 of the General Conditions, the Bank hereby cancels as of February 13, 2024, an amount of twelve million United States Dollars (US$12,000,000) from the Credit proceeds. Accordingly, the table in Section V. A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with a new table set forth in Annex 1 hereto. The commitment charges on the total amount cancelled cease to accrue from February 13, 2024. 2. The Disbursement Linked Indicators set forth in Schedule 3 to the Financing Agreement are revised to read in entirety as set forth in Annex 2 hereto. II. Revisions to Results Framework and Program Action Plan 3. The Results Framework agreed further to Section III.A of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement is revised to read in its entirely as set forth in Annex 3 hereto.
