1. The Performance and Learning Review (PLR) assesses progress in implementing the Country
Partnership Framework (CPF) program and introduces necessary and course correction. It is prepared
every two years or at the midpoint of the CPF.
2. The WBG has initiated the preparation of a Performance and Learning Review of the CPF.
