                                     Extension of Closing Date


           We refer to the Financing Agreement dated July 5, 2017 (the “Financing Agreement”) between
   Mongolia and the International Development Association (the “Association”) for the Strengthening
   Fiscal and Financial Stability Project. We also refer to your letter dated March 23, 2023 requesting the
   Association to extend the Closing Date provided for under the Financing Agreement.

           We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with the request and has established
   December 31, 2023 as the later date for the purposes of paragraph 2 of Section IV.B of Schedule 2 to
   the Financing Agreement.
