The targets for all 4 of the PDO indicators for 2023-24 have been achieved. The targets for all 7 Performance Based Conditions (PBCs) for 2023-24 appear to have been achieved, although third-party verification is awaited for final confirmation. The targets for the 8 Intermediate Outcome Indicators (IOIs) for 2023-24 have also been achieved. All of the key activities identified at the last mission have been completed .Financial management, procurement, environmental and social safeguards are assessed as satisfactory. The PDO rating is satisfactory as all targets have been achieved. The implementation progress is also assessed as satisfactory given the strong performance on achieving the key performance indicators.
