Following the approval of the operation on December 8, 2023, the signing is yet to take place by mid- April 2024. Effectiveness is expected by end of April 2024. The implementation of the program will start after its effectiveness. 4.2 MPA Program Development Objective Original MPA Program Development Objective (Approved as part of Approval (Seq. 1) package on 08-Dec-2023) To increase the number and quality of graduates with labor market-aligned skills in strategic priority areas. Current MPA Program Development Objective (Approved as part of (Seq. ) package on ) 4.3 Multiphase Programmatic Approach (MPA) Status (Public Disclosure) The TEST MPA - phase 1 program was approved on December 8, 2024. The Loan signing is expected by mid-April 2024. Effectiveness is expected by end of April 2024. A Project Preparation Advanced (PPA) in the amount of US$6 million was advanced by the World Bank to support preparatory activities for the Program, including preliminary and detailed designs and limited initial implementation activities. 5.
