                              Corrigendum to correct the PPA Number

Honorable Minister:

       I refer to the Project Preparation Advance Agreement (“PPA Agreement”) and Disbursement Letter
(“Disbursement Letter”) between the Republic of Malawi (“Recipient”) and the International Development
Association (“Association”) for the above-referenced Project, dated March 21, 2024.

        It has come to our attention that, due to an administrative oversight, the PPA Agreement and
Disbursement Letter do not reflect the correct PPA number. We are therefore writing to rectify this error
by replacing the existing PPA number (V5150) with the correct PPA number: V5160.

        We kindly request that you use this PPA number in all our future correspondence related to the
Project Preparation Advance and Disbursement Letter.

        All the other provisions of the PPA Agreement and Disbursement Letter, except as corrected herein,
shall remain in full force and effect.
