Six Disbursement-Linked Results (DLRs) have been disbursed during the reporting period whereas technical work on pending five DLRs is progressing. Some longstanding issues related to financing of the Hunger Safety Net Program (HSNP) have been resolved. These resolutions have enabled the NDMA to clear arrears of cash transfer payments to the HSNP beneficiaries for Financial Year 2021/2022. Following the Government of Kenya’s request, the project’s restructuring and extension in the closing date till December 31, 2024 have been completed to allow sufficient time to achieve the pending results.
