KEY ISSUES & STATUS Mar 26, 2024 Page 1 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Gaza Health Emergency Response Project (P503036) 4.1 Implementation Status and Key Decisions Gaza Health Emergency Response Project was approved on December 6, 2023 and became effective on January 30, 2024 following the signature of the grant agreements by WHO and UNICEF. As of March 7, 2024, the totality of the project has been disbursed, and the Project Operations Manual (POM) has been agreed on by World Bank, WHO, and UNICEF. The project will support the procurement of lifesaving commodities in Gaza. Both agencies have started their procurement and the first items with project financing are expected to be delivered in the coming months. 5.
