Amendment No. 3 to the Administration Agreement between the Republic
of C6e dvoire, represented by the Ministry to the Prime Minister, in
charge of the Budget and the State 's portfolio, and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development and the Intern ational Development
Association concerning the Donor Funded Staffing Program (TrustFund
No. 073349)
Dear Mr. Traore:
.     We refer to the Administration Agreement between the Republic of C6te d'Ivoire,
represented by the Ministry to the Prime Minister, in charge of the Budget and the State's
portfolio (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") concerning the
Donor Funded Staffing Program (Trust Fund No. 073349) (the "Trust Fund") effective as
of September 23, 2019, as amended (the "Agreement"),
2.     The Bank proposes to amend the Agreement to extend the Final Disbursement Date
as follows:
Paragraph 7 of the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the following:
"7.   It is expected that any existing DFSP Funds will be fully disbursed by the
Bank in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement by October 31, 2030 (the
"Final Disbursement Date"). The Bank shall only disburse such DFSP Funds for
the purposes of this Agreement after the Final Disbursement Date with the written
approval of the Donor."
3.     All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same,
4.    Please eonfurm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the
other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original countersigned by you,
this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the countersignatere d
