The contractors still need to deploy modern equipment with high capacity that would be critical for improving their performance on works related to tunneling, bridges and retaining walls. The Roads Department and the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure are closely monitoring the work on site to ensure improvement in pace of implementation.
