                                              Corrigendum

Honorable Minister:

         I refer to the Project Preparation Advance Agreement between the Republic of Sierra Leone
(“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”) for the above-referenced
Project, dated February 26, 2024 (the “PPA Agreement”).

         It has come to our attention that, due to an administrative oversight, the PPA Agreement does not
reflect the correct PPA number. We are therefore writing to rectify this error by replacing the existing PPA
number (V1520) in the PPA Agreement with the correct PPA number: V5120.

        All the other provisions of the PPA Agreement, except as corrected herein, shall remain in full
force and effect. Kindly ensure that all future correspondence regarding this Project Preparation Advance
Agreement refers to PPA No. V5120.

        All terms and conditions of the PPA Agreement, except as herein corrected, shall remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
