Sixth Amendment to the Grant Agreement
Excellency:
We refer to: (a) the Financing Agreement (the "Financing Agreement"), between the Republic
of Mali (the "Recipient") and the International Association Development (the "Association"), and the
Grant Agreement (the "Grant Agreement"), between the Recipient and the International Development
Association (the "World Bank"), acting as administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Global
Financing Facility in Support of Every Woman Every Child (collectively the "Agreements") for the
abovementioned Project, both dated May 31, 2019, as amended; and (b) the Grant Agreement between
the Recipient and World Bank, acting as administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Mali
Universal Health Coverage (the "Agreements"). Please note that capitalized terms used in this letter
("Amendment Letter") and not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the
Agreements.
We would like to inform you that the Association proposes to amend the Agreements as
set forth below:

1.     The withdrawal table set forth under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the table shown in Attachment I to this
Amendment Letter.
Grant AZreement TFOA9738
2.     The withdrawal table set forth under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the table shown in Attachment 2 to this
Amendment Letter.


Grant Agreenent TFOB3548
3.     The withdrawal table set forth under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the table shown in Attachment 3 to this
Amendment Letter.
All provisions of the Agreement that are not expressly modified in accordance with this
Amendment Letter remain unchanged.
Please indicate your agreement with the foregoing, by countersigning and dating the two
original copies of this Amendment Letter and returning one countersigned original copy to the
Association. Upon receipt by the Association of said original countersigned by the authorized
representative of the Recipient and dated, this amendment shall become effective as of the date of
countersignature of this Amendment Letter.
