                   Enhancing Infrastructure Efficiency and Sustainability Project
                                       (Loan no. 8792-YF)
                       Modification of the DLI advance provision in DFIL

        We refer to the Loan Agreement of the Enhancing Infrastructure Efficiency and
Sustainability Project (“Project”) between the Republic of Serbia (“Borrower”) and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“Bank”) dated November 2, 2017, as well
as to the belonging Disbursement and Financial Information Letter (“DFIL”) signed on the same
date. We also refer to the undocumented DLI advance in the amount of EUR 20,000,000,
disbursed against DLI#3.1 under the Loan Agreement.

        As DLI#3.1. was not completed before the Project closing, and there are other DLIs
achieved, we are pleased to inform you that the Bank decided to modify the DFIL provision in
section I.(v) and Schedule 1, Additional Instructions, by saying “The advance applies to any DLI
achieved under the Project”.
