No II. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES The project is on track to successfully complete all project activities by project closing on June 14, 2024. All PDO level indicators have been exceeded or met. All grantees are expected to have completed all activities by the end of March 2024 and activities under component 2 are also nearing completion (namely, the certification and assessment of training graduates). The only change that requires a project restructuring is a reallocation of funds from category 1 to category 2. This has been requested by the counterpart as there are savings under category 1 (due to the depreciation of the Leone) which can be used to finance systems strengthening activities through category 2 (for example, the development of the national qualification framework for Sierra Leone, the distribution of tablets to TVET institutes to facilitate reporting etc.).
