                                Corrigendum to Grant Number in Letter Agreement and
                                Disbursement and Financial Information Letter

Dear Prof. Arcand:

         We refer to (i) the Letter Agreement dated November 11, 2023 and countersigned on
November 13, 2023 (the “Letter Agreement”) between the Global Development Network and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association, acting as administrator of grant funds provided by the Government of Japan under the
Policy and Human Resources Development Fund, for the Global Development Awards
Competition 2022-2024 Project (the “Project”); and (ii) the Disbursement and Financial
Information Letter dated November 11, 2023 (the “Disbursement Letter”) providing additional
instructions regarding withdrawal of the proceeds of the grant for the Project.

        We note that, due to an oversight, the Letter Agreement and the Disbursement Letter
erroneously reflect the Grant Number as “TF0C3161” instead of “TF0C3814”. Accordingly, we
hereby correct that error by informing you that the Grant Number referred to throughout the Letter
Agreement and the Disbursement Letter is “TF0C3814”.

         Please refer to Grant Number “TF0C3814” on any future correspondence with us regarding
this Letter Agreement and Disbursement Letter.
