Anendinent No. 2 to the Administration Agreement between Sweden, represented by the Swedish
International Developiment Cooperation Agen cy (Sida), and the International Bank fur Reconstruction
and Development and the International Development Association regarding the Ukraine Relief
Recovery,. Reconstruction and Reform Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TFO 73897)
1.    IRefercnce is made to the Administration Agreement between the Sweden, represented by the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) (the "Donor"). and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development and the International Decelopmcnt Association (collectively, the
"Bank" and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party") regarding the Ukraine Relief,
Recovery. Reconstruction and Reform Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TF073897) (the "Trust
Fund") effective as of December 9, 2022, as amended (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees, subject to legislative appropriations, to provide the
sum of five hundred million Swedish Kronor (SEK 500,000,000) (the "Contribution") for the Trust Fund
in accordance with the terms of the Administration Agreement.
3.     The Donor shall deposit the Contribution in the currency specified in paragraph 2 above into such
bank account designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this amendment
(the "Amendment") and submission of a payment request by the Bank.
4.     When making a deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information
(remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message. information indicating: the amount deposited, that
the deposit is made by the Donor for Trust Fund No. TFO738997 (the Ukraine Relief Recovery,
Reconstruction and Reforn Multi-Donor Trust Fund), and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit
Instructions"). In addition. the Donor shall provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to the Bank's
Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvice(ii worldbank.org or by fax sent to +1 (202)
614-1315.
5. The Donor has expressed its preference that the Contribution be used to finance energy related
emergency activities. It is understood that the Bank cannot ensure that the Contribution will be used for
such preference and that the Bank will not have any obligation to the Donor if such preference cannot be
achieved.
6.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.

7.     Each of the Parties represents. by confirming its agreement below. that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
