The project was restructured in June 2021. This restructuring became effective on October 15, 2021. The project has continued to make steady progress since then. In September 2023, the government conducted the project's Mid Term Review (MTR). The MTR concluded that the project is on a sound track to achieve its objectives. As a result, the Progress towards the achievement of the PDO has been upgraded to satisfactory.
