Local communities have expressed high levels of satisfaction with the project’s decision-making processes and outcomes. Under Component 1, social mobilization process resulted in the prioritization of 193 sub-projects (SPs) in 44 jamoats, Of these 193 SPs, NSIFT has completed 53 SPs and will finalize procurements for the remaining SPs by December 29, 2023, and finalize renovation and construction works by June 28, 2024. Under Subcomponent 2a (youth-inclusive services), the project has delivered trainings on: (i) Upshift (social entrepreneurship) and Mind Masters (critical thinking) to 5,717 youth (target of 10,000); (ii) healthy lifestyles to 1,933 youth (target of 2,800); and (iii) digital literacy to 2,797 youth (target of 4,000, and has launched the delivery of psychosocial support services. NSIFT responded to and resolved all 47 complaints. Overall Comments IR The PIU reported that the indicator "Percentage of subprojects that support climate change adaptation or mitigation" increased from 84% in May mission to 92% in November mission, based on reviewing each sub-project (completed or under implementation) against 4 climate criteria. There was also a large change in the denominator of this indicator between April/May (17 completed and 40 under implementation) and Oct/November (53 completed and 119 under implementation).
